Lead and grow Cornell Brooks DC programs, providing strategic direction, managing daily operations and staff, coordinating academics and student experience, building external partnerships, overseeing budgets and facilities, and teaching two courses annually.

Lead architecture and development of distributed, large-scale ML systems for Merlin Bird ID and related platforms. Build training pipelines, production deployments, APIs, and front-end integrations. Mentor engineers, set technical direction, ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and collaborate with engineers, scientists, and domain experts to deliver global conservation technology.

Provide post-award sponsored research financial administration and guidance to faculty and staff, manage grant accounts, monitor expenditures, salary planning, effort distribution, cost sharing, and subcontracts; ensure sponsor and university compliance; liaise with OSP, SFS, SSC; mentor Financial Reporting Specialists; collaborate on process improvements and support graduate funding and onboarding activities.

Support major gift fundraising by researching and stewarding prospects, preparing gift agreements and donor materials, managing acknowledgements and endowment tracking, generating reports from OBEII and Tableau, coordinating donor visits and events, and supporting alumni engagement activities.
