Processes and balances customer financial transactions, operates a teller drawer, identifies cross-selling opportunities, recognizes and reports potential fraud, follows banking and regulatory procedures, and may open or close the branch and participate in community events. The role requires customer service, cash-handling accuracy, availability across shifts including Saturdays, physical stamina, and occasional travel between branches.

Supports Trust Officers with daily trust account administration, including account openings and closings, asset transfers, cash disbursements, account monitoring, documentation, client inquiries, and regulatory compliance. As a Relationship Banker, you will build and maintain customer relationships by providing tailored financial solutions, assisting with account management, and supporting community events.

Build and retain customer relationships by identifying financial needs, recommending banking products, referring customers to mortgage and wealth specialists, operating a teller drawer, opening and maintaining accounts, supporting digital banking, identifying fraud risks, and assisting with branch opening, closing, and community events.

Manage daily branch operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, facility management, staff performance, and customer issue resolution. Develop new and existing customer relationships, drive branch sales and profitability, support Personal Banker duties, and build community presence through networking and outbound calling. Collaborate with other business lines and develop small business customer relationships.

Process daily investment trades, reconcile cash clearing accounts, maintain investment system data and schedules, assist month-end close and pricing, compile documentation, reconcile to third-party reports, and support special projects to ensure accurate investment accounting and timely settlements.

Processes deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other financial transactions while accurately balancing a teller drawer. Serves customers in the lobby or drive-through, identifies cross-selling opportunities, recognizes and reports potential fraud, follows banking and regulatory procedures, and may open or close the branch and attend community events.

Provide best-in-class customer service via phone and electronic channels: resolve customer inquiries, complaints and deposit/loan/treasury issues; escalate when needed; train and advise internal staff; cross-sell bank products to maintain relationships and meet profitability goals.

Supervise branch teller operations, ensure compliance with dual-control, security, and bank procedures, resolve operational issues, and maintain exceptional customer service. Operate a teller drawer, address customer concerns, communicate policy changes, delegate duties, support staff, identify cross-selling opportunities, and participate in community events. Travel between branches may be required, along with standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Facilitates complex commercial loan closings by coordinating lenders, attorneys, title companies, and loan operations. Reviews loan approval memoranda and legal documents, verifies title, insurance, organizational, collateral, flood, OFAC, and due diligence requirements, manages closing pipelines and timelines, and coordinates loan deposits, proceeds, invoices, and disbursements.
