Provide outstanding customer service and prepare/approve loan quotes for assigned agent portfolio (approvals up to $1,000,000). Handle inbound calls and emails, monitor agent volume, and take proactive actions to protect and grow business.

Support Sales Enablement Manager by driving social media adoption, creating and fulfilling marketing collateral and events, managing third-party suppliers, maintaining departmental infrastructure (intranet, websites, social accounts), and assisting with improvement projects to enable frontline wealth management sales teams.
