Process daily client cash receipts for a portfolio, follow WRF operations policies, escalate posting issues, serve as primary operations contact for assigned clients, maintain client communications and accurate records, ensure compliance, and support team operations.

Conduct secondary reviews, document dispositions, vet referrals, handle 314b/legal/law enforcement requests, and communicate with lines of business to gather information. Support BSA compliance and attend training.
