The Build Engineer is responsible for the design, production, qualification, and analysis of hardware for the Starship and Super Heavy Booster, enhancing manufacturing systems and processes.

As a Software Engineer, you'll design, develop, and test high-reliability flight software systems for SpaceX's Starship. Responsibilities include owning the software development lifecycle and maintaining software standards across controls and simulations.

The GNC Engineer develops flight control systems for the Starship, conducts system analysis, and supports launch operations, requiring advanced technical skills.

Design and commission automation and control systems for Starship production, focusing on hardware/software solutions, PLC programming, and safety systems.

The Sr. Aerodynamics Engineer designs aerodynamics models, conducts simulations, analyzes post-flight data, and collaborates with engineering teams to enhance Starship's performance.

The Build Specialist at SpaceX will drive engineering standards, streamline manufacturing processes, and manage tooling design for the build operations of the Starship project.

Design, deploy, and operate on-premises Kubernetes clusters and core infrastructure (databases, monitoring, distributed storage). Build automation, troubleshoot across the Starshield stack, collaborate with software teams to ensure scalable, highly available services, and improve lifecycle processes.

Lead and manage the classified cyber assurance program: perform RMF A&A lifecycle activities, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, plan and coordinate audits, select automation/GRC tools, mentor cleared analysts, and serve as the primary liaison with customers, government, and suppliers to reduce risk and ensure mission success.

Build and maintain reliable software that interfaces with PCBA manufacturing equipment to speed and stabilize production. Create applications and prototypes, integrate electronics design tools with manufacturing hardware, and diagnose user problems. Own release, testing, CI/CD, performance profiling, and deployment for production engineering tools.

Source and engage passive and active technical candidates for engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles. Build talent pipelines, conduct initial outreach and phone screens, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, track sourcing metrics, and represent SpaceX externally while using AI-enabled and traditional sourcing tools to increase pipeline quality and speed.
