Manage strategic sourcing, supplier performance, contracts, and cost-reduction initiatives for assigned Starship categories. Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market analysis, define SLAs/KPIs, negotiate contracts, place purchase orders, and lead supplier development to optimize cost, quality, and delivery while minimizing risk.

Own systems, processes, and data for Starlink reseller channel: manage portal onboarding, tiering and co-sell registration, quarterly KYC/pipeline collection, CRM data quality, reporting and dashboards, SLAs, and cross-functional improvements to scale indirect revenue.
