Own a portfolio of state and local government accounts from contract signature through onboarding, retention, and growth. Serve as primary customer contact, resolve issues, collect feedback, manage risks and schedules, lead vertical strategy, and design process/system improvements to scale enterprise Starlink deployments.

Translate top-level requirements to subsystems, audit documentation, validate via test and analysis, drive corrective actions, lead cross-team initiatives, and report design health to leadership to ensure producibility, reliability, and performance of the Raptor engine.
