The Global Supply Manager will manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and sourcing strategies to optimize costs and performance. Responsibilities include consulting on project scopes, presenting value propositions, and ensuring supplier adherence to KPIs. The role requires advanced problem-solving skills and effective communication with stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end preparation and submittal of commercial and government proposals. Coordinate authors, draft and edit technical and nontechnical text, create persuasive graphics, ensure compliance with customer instructions and company style, maintain schedules and templates, and deliver clean, error-free final documents on deadline while supporting Sales, Mission Management, and other teams.

Support deployment, activation, troubleshooting, and integration of Starlink Community Gateway hardware. Provide pre-sales technical support, develop customer integration processes, collaborate across teams to define product requirements, and travel to customer sites for installation and issue resolution.

Design, test, characterize, calibrate, and qualify inertial navigation sensors (accelerometers and gyros). Analyze and document test data, develop calibration processes, implement hardware/software upgrades, and support production and vehicle integration.

Develop and execute sourcing strategy for Starship Raptor hardware (forgings, complex machined parts). Manage supplier development, cost negotiations, quality, logistics, NPI cut-ins, inventory health, and risk mitigation to scale production and meet aggressive cost and production goals.

Design, deploy, and operate on-premise Kubernetes clusters and core infrastructure (databases, monitoring, storage). Build automation, collaborate with software teams, maintain high availability, troubleshoot across the Starlink stack, and improve system reliability and performance.

Lead analytics for Starlink Enterprise account management: build and maintain dashboards, run SQL analyses, develop automation and tooling, ensure data integrity, train stakeholders, support launches and cross-functional initiatives to improve customer outcomes.

Design, operate, and scale Starlink's software and network infrastructure. Build automation for on-prem compute, deploy/manage core services (databases, monitoring, storage), enable CI/CD and testing (virtualized, HIL, on-orbit), troubleshoot across the stack, and collaborate with engineers to improve performance and developer velocity.

Lead design and rollout of Starlink antenna sites worldwide: develop hardware, site layouts, and deployment processes; coordinate international partners; analyze reliability; align cross-functional roadmaps; travel to activate sites and ensure system-level performance and rapid deployment.
