As a Customer Support Associate, you will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues for Starlink, ensuring an exceptional experience. You will analyze trends and improve support workflows while collaborating with internal teams.

Lead regulatory and spectrum policy strategy for Starlink Mobile, draft advocacy filings, secure U.S. licenses and international approvals, engage with FCC, ITU and national administrations, support regulatory compliance and business development, and influence telecom policy to enable satellite-to-phone services.

Support deployment, activation, troubleshooting, and integration of Starlink Community Gateway hardware. Provide pre-sales technical support, develop customer integration processes, collaborate across teams to define product requirements, and travel to customer sites for installation and issue resolution.

Design, analyze, build, and test Starship structural hardware, including primary structures, propellant tanks, interfaces, and subassemblies. Develop CAD models in NX, perform finite element analysis and hand calculations, conduct trade studies, validate designs through structural testing, and collaborate with build engineers and technicians. Support factory assembly and hands-on integration of flight hardware. The role is based at Starbase, Texas and requires physical work at heights and in confined spaces.

Develop highly reliable full-stack software and internal applications used across SpaceX. Responsibilities include prototyping, system and product development, user-problem analysis, architecture, design and code reviews, performance optimization, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ownership of software solutions supporting manufacturing, launch operations, Starlink, and other company systems.

The RFIC Design Engineer will design, simulate, and model RF circuits for advanced national security programs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Lead RF silicon bring-up and measurement efforts, develop low-level driver libraries and HIL test platforms, validate firmware and hardware (including FPGA emulators), and integrate silicon control software into flight and user-terminal projects to support Starlink silicon lifecycle from characterization to production and on-orbit monitoring.

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and building flight hardware, collaborating on vehicle systems, conducting structural analyses, and overseeing testing processes.

Design, build, and maintain test systems for rocket hardware testing. Collaborate with technicians to address real-world engineering challenges and meet testing deadlines.

Develop and maintain software for satellite control and data delivery, work with interdisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality solutions within the Starshield team.
