Processes, assembles, integrates, and tests Falcon 9 vehicles and ground support equipment. Develops checkout and assembly procedures, leads on-site operations, resolves test issues, directs field technicians, designs integration tools, investigates root causes, improves manufacturing processes, and manages work orders and non-conformances. The role requires hands-on work with multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, fluid, software, and flight hardware systems in a demanding launch environment.

Supports employee relations, HRIS administration, onboarding, employee inquiries, HR policies, reporting, audits, unemployment claims, employment verifications, recruiting activities, and site-wide events. Maintains confidential employee records and helps implement HR programs and process improvements while delivering responsive service to employees and managers.

The role partners with engineering teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient rack power components at extreme speed and scale.
