Leads FP&A for SpaceX’s AI segment with executive visibility into spending, resource planning, contract profitability, capital expenditures, cash forecasts, and operational performance. Partners with production, engineering, supply chain, accounting, sales, and business leaders to analyze KPIs, variances, commitments, and financial results. Supports business initiatives, reporting, and financial close activities while managing and developing a team of financial analysts.

Develop and build fluid systems for Starship and Super Heavy vehicles, including high-pressure gas, cryogenic, attitude control, and thermal systems. Responsibilities include system sizing, mechanical and structural design, CAD modeling, manufacturability improvements, flight hardware builds, production-line development, testing, and design reviews. The role requires collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers, along with flexibility for extended hours, outdoor work, cramped environments, and travel to remote build sites.

Designs multilayer PCBs for Starship electronics, including stack-up planning, component placement, high-speed routing, signal and power integrity, and EMI/EMC mitigation. Partners cross-functionally with software, finance, and other teams to automate operations, communicate risks, measure performance, and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Own strategic sourcing, supplier selection, cost management, demand planning, and end-to-end supply chain execution for Starshield satellite hardware. Manage RFx processes, supplier partnerships, capacity, contracts, procurement, delivery, risk, and lead-time optimization. Partner with engineering and manufacturing on NPI sourcing, design reviews, DFM, make-versus-buy decisions, and production readiness while ensuring contract compliance and supporting rapid satellite production scale-up.

Designs multilayer PCBs for Starship electronics, including stack-up planning, component placement, high-speed routing, signal and power integrity, and impedance control. Performs design verification, manufacturability analysis, fabrication-output generation, library maintenance, and prototype support. Collaborates with hardware, firmware, mechanical, thermal, RF, test, fabrication, and assembly teams. The role also supports design automation through custom AI tools and may require extended hours during mission milestones.

Own demand planning and strategic sourcing for PCB and PCBA hardware supporting SpaceX’s Starshield satellite constellation. Manage supplier RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, sourcing decisions, cost models, budgets, prototype readiness, supplier performance, partnerships, and process improvements. Present sourcing and cost strategies to executives while coordinating with internal stakeholders and global suppliers. The role is onsite in Hawthorne, California and may require irregular hours, extended workdays, weekends, and travel.
