Perform month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and compliance with US GAAP. The role is onsite in Palo Alto and may require extended hours during critical deadlines.

Manage sourcing, purchasing, supplier performance, forecasting, and fulfillment for precision-machined parts, raw materials, and complex manufactured components. Negotiate quotes, issue purchase orders, interpret engineering specifications, coordinate design changes, and ensure supply continuity. The role requires collaboration across engineering, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, along with experience in manufacturing processes, ERP/MRP systems, demand planning, and data analysis.
