Mentors analysts and engages government, customer, supplier, and internal stakeholders. The role requires onsite work in Hawthorne, travel, extended hours, an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and a CI-scope polygraph.

Leads supplier qualification, SMT process development, NPI, production ramp-up, yield optimization, defect resolution, and continuous improvement for Starlink PCBA manufacturing.
