Own the strategy and roadmap for G2’s full Content portfolio, integrating content systems, AI-enabled workflows, advertising or activation products, distribution, measurement, and commercial capabilities. Build trustworthy, reusable content operations with rights, provenance, approvals, and human oversight. Lead portfolio consolidation, customer discovery, experimentation, cross-functional alignment, and metrics while preserving editorial independence and driving customer and business outcomes.

Own day-to-day AP and T&E operations across US, UK, and Spain: review Navan transactions, verify receipts, follow up on exceptions, code virtual card and recurring vendor transactions in Zip, support month-end close and reconciliations, run weekly outstanding reports, and complete ad-hoc finance projects.

Drive platform roadmap, reliability, governance, observability, cost optimization, and stakeholder alignment to enable analytics, data science, and AI use cases.

Execute and monitor review generation campaigns across Customer Review Campaigns (CRC) and Review Managed Services (RMS). Manage campaign setup, targeting, list handling, documentation, reporting, and SLA adherence. Track performance, troubleshoot issues, escalate risks, and follow SOPs. Cross-train across delivery motions and communicate progress and blockers to internal stakeholders.

The Senior SEO Specialist at G2 will drive traffic, citations, and conversions, optimizing websites through technical SEO, keyword strategy, and collaboration with teams.

Partner with GTM leadership to own subscription revenue and ARR forecasting, lead sales capacity and expense planning, provide deal economics and ROI analysis, support strategic planning and board reporting, and drive automation/AI-enabled finance processes to optimize growth.

Design and run AEO/SEO content experiments for AI answer engines; produce new AI-optimized content formats; measure AI citations and SEO impact; collaborate cross-functionally to scale winning tactics.
