Lead execution of enterprise pricing strategy and day-to-day pricing operations. Drive pricing tools, optimization platforms, analytics, AI/ML applications, and commercial workflows. Support field sales with proposals, agreements, approvals, and pricing guidance. Manage and develop a team of senior pricing analysts, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable pricing and margin improvements.

Drive ROS product and service sales within an assigned territory through consultative selling, customer targeting, cross-unit collaboration, site services training, CRM pipeline management, and disaster-response coordination. Promote product awareness, pursue vertical opportunities, conduct ride-alongs, and support mobilization as needed.

Sell and rent specialty power and HVAC equipment to new and existing customers. Generate leads, give presentations and demonstrations, size and quote solutions, coordinate with technical staff for site assessments, and manage account follow-up, invoicing, and reporting using Salesforce and MS Office.

Serve as branch customer contact: quote, sell, process rental contracts, establish accounts, dispatch deliveries, generate and communicate leads, retain dormant accounts, maintain showroom and inventory, educate customers on equipment use and safety, coordinate pickups/returns, run reports, and support branch team including on-call duties and driving for deliveries.

Sell trench safety equipment to contractors within a defined territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, demo and train on products, conduct site visits, prepare sales plans, cross-sell, deliver Competent Person and Confined Space training, install equipment, and manage pipeline using Salesforce/CRM. Earn base salary plus commissions.

Serve as the primary branch contact for customers: quote, sell, and fulfill equipment rentals and supplies; create accounts; dispatch deliveries; generate and warm-call leads; maintain showroom and support branch growth.

Manage equipment rental sales: create quotes, process reservations and contracts, open accounts, negotiate pricing, schedule deliveries, generate and follow up on leads, maintain showroom, and provide customer service.

Prepare, inspect, assemble, load/unload, and maintain trench safety equipment; verify tickets and returns; assist deliveries; provide customer service and recommend equipment; follow safety procedures.
