Support the end-to-end development of new P&C product opportunities, provide analytical support and research on products and opportunities, and assist with the rollout of new products. Accountable for analyzing performance across the product development lifecycle and providing strategic and tactical product development recommendations.

Lead all aspects of execution of independent risk-based testing under the enterprise Testing program methodology to ensure departmental processes align with applicable rules and regulations. Develop steps for compliance testing, serve as an authority in compliance, manage tests, and provide analysis of test findings. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners for collaboration.

Collaborates with senior leadership to deliver compliant solutions and enhance member satisfaction. Leads process improvements and gap remediation initiatives. Maintains control framework and promotes customer satisfaction through quality assurance. Builds collaborative partnerships with business partners and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Provides leadership to a team of Quality Assurance experts. Stays updated on industry trends and regulatory developments.
