As a Senior Strategy Associate on the Enterprise Strategy team, you will support decision-making by USAA’s leadership on high-level strategy questions that shape the future of the organization. Responsibilities include supporting internal consulting projects, monitoring external trends, assisting with strategic planning, strategy communication and alignment, monitoring progress, and risk management.

Perform audit assignments, identify problems for resolution, apply financial services regulations knowledge, perform risk and control evaluation, conduct client meetings, adhere to audit standards and code of ethics.
