Partner with account teams to craft deployment strategies, build proposals and project plans, position Workday SaaS value, negotiate services agreements, manage pipeline and forecasts, cultivate partner relationships, and support customer onboarding and training. Drive services-led subscription sales and ensure successful project delivery.

Design and implement scalable, secure integration-platform features (observability, logs, metrics, diagnostics). Produce high-quality, concurrent Java code, collaborate across teams, and ensure platform meets rigorous federal requirements and availability standards.

Serve as a trusted HCM advisor for prospective clients in Japan by partnering with account executives to deliver tailored, persuasive Workday HCM demonstrations, perform technical and functional discovery, articulate business value and ROI, influence product roadmap, create sales enablement materials, and mentor junior consultants to drive enterprise HCM transformations.

Deliver post-go-live microconsulting for Workday Financials and Grants: provide configuration guidance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, tenant reviews, feature adoption, and small-scope deployments. Maintain Workday certifications and product expertise, create customer presentations, and help build programs to drive adoption. Up to 20% travel; engage directly with customers to accelerate feature use and optimize configuration.

Collaborate with product and QA to design and develop metadata-driven, object-oriented web/SaaS applications. Build maintainable code, optimize performance, troubleshoot customer issues, and mentor teammates through reviews and pair programming.

Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional Infrastructure and Digital Employee Experience programs. Translate strategy and OKRs into execution plans, gather user requirements, run governance and change management, manage risks, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholders, and provide concise executive updates to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable employee technology experiences.
