Build and operate cybersecurity capabilities in a U.S. Federal air-gapped classified cloud environment. Responsibilities include vulnerability management, incident response, threat hunting, threat detection, security tool development, and collaboration with customers and cyber defense teams. Design data flows, integrations, security and RAG/LLM patterns; advise executive stakeholders; lead technical workstreams; collaborate with Product and Engineering; ensure privacy, ethical AI, and scalable deployments for complex global customers.

Design, implement, and operate network and infrastructure security controls (WAF, IPS, DDoS) in production; automate deployments and validations; partner with internal teams; secure cloud and containerized environments (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes); ensure compliance with FedRAMP/DoD IL4; support U.S. Federal contracts requiring U.S. citizenship and security-clearance eligibility.

Lead cloud adoption and architecture for public cloud environments; design and migrate services using IaC and automation; implement governance, security, performance, and cost optimization; build CI/CD and containerized platforms; mentor engineers; collaborate with vendors and application teams; may require on-site work in the DMV and ability to obtain U.S. security clearance.

Deliver targeted post-go-live consulting to help customers adopt Workday Financials reporting: troubleshoot configuration, provide demonstrations, deliver presentations, run tenant reviews, and create adoption programs while maintaining Workday certifications and product expertise.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on partner for a portfolio of enterprise customers using emerging HCM solutions. Drive post‑go‑live adoption, customer health, value realization, and retention by building success plans, translating analytics into executive recommendations, facilitating stakeholder meetings, enabling users, and coordinating cross‑functional support and escalations. Contribute playbooks, product feedback, and customer advocacy.

Partner with sales to discover customer needs and deliver compelling Workday Financials demonstrations, workshops, and RFP responses. Lead functional strategy in complex deals, build CFO-level relationships, support demand generation, and communicate Workdayvalue and ROI while continuously upskilling in product and AI-driven finance capabilities.
