Own the observability product vision and roadmap, emphasizing distributed tracing and AI-powered anomaly detection and incident triage. Partner with engineering, ML, design, and stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate architectures, ship technical products, and measure outcomes such as MTTD, MTTR, alert noise, and trace coverage. Lead capabilities including trace analysis, model evaluation, root-cause summarization, explainability, and remediation recommendations for large-scale cloud-native systems.

Conducts multichannel prospecting through phone, email, social selling, marketing-qualified leads, and events. Partners with Account Executives to generate and advance qualified sales opportunities, communicates Workday’s value proposition, uncovers prospect needs, qualifies buyers, nurtures relationships, and maintains a growing sales pipeline.

Own Workday’s Customer Zero AI product strategy by identifying internal enterprise problems, designing and delivering AI-powered solutions, translating business needs into product requirements, and partnering with engineering, UX, and stakeholders.
