Leads a cybersecurity training cadre supporting DISA workforce readiness, curriculum development, training delivery, and cyber exercises. Responsibilities include managing personnel, workloads, performance, schedules, curricula, certification tracking, readiness metrics, and stakeholder relationships. The role oversees exercise scenarios, MSELs, after-action reports, lessons learned, and continuous improvement while providing leadership updates on outcomes, risks, and resource needs.

Administer and sustain Windows and Linux environments across virtual server clusters, VDI, and enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities include Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Exchange, SCCM, vulnerability remediation, IAVA management, security scanning, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, outage communications, IT enhancements, and on-call support. The role also supports security compliance, system accreditation, network infrastructure, and project-related activities in a classified environment.

Administer and maintain UNIX, Linux, Windows, and virtual environments across client/server, storage, network, and mobile infrastructure. Troubleshoot complex system issues, provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalation support, configure network components, install operating-system software, optimize performance, perform capacity planning, and support system security and compliance.
