Analyze mapping operations to identify process bottlenecks, root causes, quality issues, and performance trends. Conduct user research, quality reviews, experiments, A/B tests, and KPI evaluations. Partner with Engineering, Training, Policy, and Operations to validate tools, improve workflows, inform product priorities, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Leads reliability testing and validation for automotive power and compute hardware used in autonomous vehicles. Develops stress, environmental, and failure-analysis protocols; analyzes failures, identifies root causes, and drives corrective actions. Collaborates with electrical, firmware, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and supplier teams to improve hardware reliability and meet automotive standards. Produces reports for stakeholder decisions and mentors reliability engineers.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data lake and warehouse infrastructure, and data platform tools. Develop cloud-based infrastructure using AWS and Terraform, optimize processing for reliability and cost, and implement monitoring, logging, governance, quality, and security practices. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, autonomy engineers, and product teams to deliver reliable data solutions.

Leads corporate insurance strategy, policy placements, renewals, broker and carrier negotiations, quantitative risk modeling, enterprise risk assessments, claims management, and governance. Partners with Legal, Finance, and Operations to mitigate operational and financial exposures. Develops risk financing strategies, maintains compliance documentation, and applies AI-driven tools to improve claims processing, reporting, and predictive cost modeling.

Optimize deep learning networks for autonomous vehicles and large-scale data centers. Analyze and troubleshoot performance using profiling and roofline modeling, improve software architecture, latency, GPU memory usage, and throughput, and deploy scalable models with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Collaborate across engineering and research teams on large codebases, applying CUDA, C++, Python, and inference acceleration technologies in Linux/Unix environments.

Architect, develop, and maintain embedded Linux platforms, including Yocto BSPs, kernels, bootloaders, root filesystems, and device drivers. Lead board bring-up, hardware-level debugging, PCIe subsystem development, BIOS/UEFI integration, and performance optimization. Build CI/CD and automated testing workflows, create technical requirements and designs, conduct code reviews, develop unit test plans, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with hardware and cross-functional teams.

Research and explore Vision-Language-Action and Vision-Language Model architectures for autonomous driving. Identify model limitations, redesign architectures, translate academic research into scalable production code, optimize models for supercomputing environments, and mentor engineering teams transitioning into this area.
