Own and evolve Aurora's IAM architecture across workforce, customer, and partner domains. Lead product selection and deployment (IGA, PAM, CIAM), define IAM policies and access models (RBAC/ABAC/PBAC), design federation/SSO, and provide architecture guidance for role engineering and SoD enforcement. Translate strategy into deployable, cloud-first solutions and documentation.

Own and evolve the full IAM lifecycle: define target-state architecture and roadmap; evaluate and deploy IGA/PAM/CIAM solutions; govern IAM policies; design access control models, role engineering, SoD enforcement; architect Federation/SSO and secure API access.

Lead and scale Aurora's frontline B2B support organization (Tier 1): hire and manage teams, define customer-centric standards, run workforce planning and KPIs, improve omnichannel and AI/self-service support, partner with Tier 2, analytics, product, and leadership to ensure high-quality, scalable customer experience.

Lead and build a Voice of the Customer program that captures, analyzes, and drives action on support feedback. Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into prioritized recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Safety. Design taxonomies and workflows, partner with analytics, present to leadership, and hire and grow a small team to close the loop on customer-impacting issues.

Manage complex hardware systems and safety programs across the full product lifecycle. Drive project plans, milestones, dashboards, risk identification and mitigation, cross-functional coordination, change management, and continual process improvements. Communicate status to stakeholders, support decision-making, and remove obstacles to maintain program momentum.
