Processes domestic and international sales orders from entry through invoicing, prepares shipping and export documents, manages customer records and serial numbers in Salesforce and ERP systems, responds to customer inquiries, prepares quotations, and supports service, repair, loaner, and demonstration equipment processes. Provides administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams, maintains accurate files, handles payments and confidential information, and assists coworkers with coverage and reception duties.

Maintain QMS per ISO 9001; investigate product and process issues; implement CAPA and corrective actions; support NPI, design reviews, first article inspections, and process validation; perform audits; develop inspection plans and quality documentation; collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to drive continuous improvement.
