Own end-to-end payroll execution and compliance for Poland, validate inputs and post-payroll processes, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, resolve discrepancies, support rollouts into new jurisdictions, contribute to process improvements, documentation, testing, and adoption of automation and AI tools to scale global payroll operations.

Lead country payroll operations for Japan: process end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, payments, reconciliations and data quality. Manage stakeholder relationships, monitor KPIs/SLAs, implement process improvements and automation, mentor payroll specialists, and provide backup support to regional managers.

Manage end-to-end offboarding and employee relations for Remote's external employees across EMEA, ensuring legal compliance and excellent client experience. Lead termination and settlement processes, advise clients on HR legal matters, coordinate stakeholders, draft termination documents, process cases in HRIS, and contribute to process improvement, automation, and product enhancements.

Own end-to-end payroll execution for Poland, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing, reconciliations, statutory reporting and controls. Coordinate cross-functional and external stakeholders, resolve payroll discrepancies and risks, support rollout of payroll services, contribute to process improvement, documentation, testing, and adoption of automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and scalability.

Own end-to-end payroll execution for Poland, ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, support rollouts, contribute to automation/AI adoption and continuous process improvements.

Provide expert immigration guidance and manage complex mobility cases for Remote and clients. Monitor cases, prepare and submit visa/work permit applications, resolve senior escalations, mentor Mobility team members, improve in-house services, maintain compliance with immigration law, and support projects, training, and stakeholder relationships.
