Manage payroll-related federal, state, and local tax registrations and filings for PEO clients, resolve tax escalations, build tax operations and QA processes, drive process improvements and automation, liaise with tax agencies and internal teams, and support onboarding and compliance for US payroll tax services.

The International Tax Analyst will provide advisory on personal income tax, assess equitable payment options, and collaborate with payroll for tax efficiency across multiple countries.

Lead the planning and execution of global payroll implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to local legislation, while mentoring the implementation team.

Provide German-licensed immigration legal counsel and case management for global mobility; prepare and submit visa/work permit applications; own senior escalations; mentor Mobility Specialists; improve processes and in-house immigration services; maintain compliance with regulatory changes; support projects, client relationships, and training; leverage automation and AI to increase efficiency.
