Lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, provide technical direction and best practices, implement CI/CD and automated testing, mentor engineers, partner with stakeholders, run proofs of concept, monitor performance, and take ownership of Salesforce projects from conception through delivery.

Handle investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation and resolution of complex general liability bodily injury and property damage claims.
