Lead and guide multiple engineering teams to design, build, and maintain well-bounded, composable Personal Insurance systems. Provide technical guidance, solution architecture, quality assurance, planning oversight, cross-team integration ownership, mentorship, and continuous improvement while ensuring delivery readiness and alignment to Circle objectives.

Handle complex General Liability bodily injury and property damage claims end-to-end: investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate, manage litigation, direct internal/external resources, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, mentor junior adjusters, and apply creative resolution strategies. Responsible for documentation, expense control, recovery efforts, and obtaining required insurance licenses.

Manage and grow a territory of agency relationships to drive profitable Personal Insurance sales. Develop and execute sales strategies, perform agency diagnostics, prospect and onboard agencies, collaborate with underwriting and product teams, use data/AI-driven insights and Travelers systems, and travel frequently to build long-term partnerships and meet growth, retention, and profitability goals.
