Designs, builds, and operationalizes complex Databricks/AWS data solutions and pipelines. Performs data analysis, cleansing, testing, and incident resolution while incorporating governance, security, and quality. Collaborates across teams, supports end users, and provides technical leadership to deliver production-ready data products for analytics, ML, and AI use cases.

Lead outside sales within an assigned territory to grow and retain a profitable book of business. Travel frequently to build and maintain partner relationships and meet performance goals.

Manage and resolve Workers' Compensation claims from investigation through settlement or litigation. Coordinate medical case management, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements, ensure statutory filings, pursue offsets/subrogation, and mentor other claim professionals while applying jurisdictional WC rules and Medicare Set Aside guidance.

Investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate and resolve the company’s most severe and complex liability claims. Manage investigations, litigation strategy, reserves, recoveries, and outside experts; mentor claim staff; collaborate with underwriting and field severity teams; attend legal proceedings and roundtables; apply best practices to optimize indemnity and expense outcomes.
