Build and operate Sinclair’s enterprise Snowflake data platform, developing production pipelines, integrations, ELT models, data quality controls, observability, governance, and performance optimizations. The role requires hands-on Snowflake, Openflow, SQL, and Python expertise, production troubleshooting, enterprise integrations, deployment practices, and collaboration across technical and business teams. This is an on-site position in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Leads solutions marketing strategy for complex sales opportunities, RFPs, RFIs, and client pitches. Translates customer challenges, research, market dynamics, and business objectives into integrated solutions and executive-level narratives. Manages and develops a Solutions Marketing team, establishes support processes, partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Research, and Creative, and measures impact through pipeline progression and revenue outcomes.

Manage and optimize paid search and YouTube campaigns across Google and Bing to improve client ROI and performance. Responsibilities include campaign creation, keyword selection, ad copywriting, conversion tracking, KPI analysis, reporting, competitive research, client strategy recommendations, internal collaboration, process documentation, and vendor relationship management.

Supports Sales by researching target accounts, building lead and account lists, preparing account briefs, and creating personalized outreach inputs. Tailors existing presentations, case studies, positioning, and solution narratives for standard opportunities up to $100K. Partners with Sales on prospecting initiatives, enables seller self-service, identifies content gaps, and escalates opportunities requiring original strategy or research.

Coordinates digital advertising campaigns from order placement through launch and fulfillment. Traffics and audits campaigns, assigns orders, monitors pacing, resolves stakeholder issues, coordinates internal and vendor teams, meets service-level deadlines, handles customer inquiries, and supports cross-training and special projects across platforms and campaign types.

Engage new and existing clients, identify sales opportunities, build relationships, and develop tailored media advertising solutions. Present multi-media content platforms and digital assets, guide clients through marketing options, support campaign success, analyze market trends, and help local businesses achieve measurable growth. The role includes cohort-based training, mentorship, and ongoing career development.

Supports post-sale advertising campaign execution across linear, digital, social, podcast, and owned-and-operated platforms. Coordinates campaign setup, trafficking, flighting, inventory, fulfillment, pacing, reporting, billing validation, and discrepancy resolution. Partners with Sales, Planning, Account Management, Traffic, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams while maintaining accurate campaign data and documentation. Prepares post-campaign reporting packages and proactively resolves delivery or performance issues in a fast-paced media environment.

Produces and publishes news content across websites, apps, and social media. Gathers and verifies information, writes accurate copy on deadline, supports newsroom digital strategy, manages content calendars, books interviews, and uses video, graphics, CMS, SEO, editing, and newsroom tools to deliver multi-platform coverage. Collaborates with newsroom staff and manages competing priorities.

Reports, shoots, and edits daily news stories for television, web, social media, and mobile platforms. Generates story ideas, develops contacts, exercises strong news judgment, produces NPPA-style content, and performs live shots. The role requires independent work, technical production skills, a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and an online demo reel.

Produce timely digital and social content for a local news organization. Monitor scanners, newsroom calls, and social media for breaking news; identify high-interest stories; write accurate, compelling copy; and collaborate with newsroom leaders to grow audience reach across platforms in a fast-paced environment.
