Responsibilities include IaC (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins), Linux administration (Ubuntu/RHEL), observability (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Splunk), security/compliance (IAM/RBAC, secrets, image scanning) and incident/DR practices. Collaborates with Development, QA, Security and Operations and participates in on-call, after-hours releases and occasional travel.

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, maintain communication with candidates, and ensure accurate recruitment operations while supporting hiring managers.

Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend systems using the C#/.NET stack. Build RESTful APIs, use EF Core with SQL Server/PostgreSQL, support existing hardware/software, follow Agile practices, write clean code, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities including occasional after-hours work.
