Temporary role supporting Telecom Expense Management: process and analyze carrier invoices, reconcile billing discrepancies, post billing data, manage vendor payments, maintain documentation, communicate with carriers, and provide status reporting while working across internal systems and vendor portals.

Manage a portfolio of satellite services customers as primary contact from onboarding through renewals and account growth. Conduct consultative sales, convert qualified leads, coordinate implementations with cross-functional teams, maintain Salesforce records, and achieve retention and revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service.
