Builds and implements secure, fully automated cloud CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code to deploy cloud-native applications. Design, build, and operate secure cloud CI/CD pipelines and automation (Ansible, Terraform, Packer). Lead identity governance for AI/non-human identities in SailPoint, automate access reviews/certifications, collaborate with InfoSec and platform teams to enforce controls, troubleshoot production issues, and drive centralized agent identity governance across cloud environments.

Designs and implements enterprise security architecture and standards, advises stakeholders, ensures regulatory compliance, evaluates and mitigates risks, integrates security into SDLC, mentors junior architects, and collaborates with enterprise architecture and application teams to improve security posture.

Design and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architecture, promote secure SDLC practices, assess and mitigate risk, consult with business and IT stakeholders, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, approve system implementations, and mentor junior architects while leading complex security initiatives.

Review and validate Make/Increase/Renewal/Extension (MIRE) events to ensure adequate flood insurance per FDPA. Complete flood due diligence, perform flood zone determinations, calculate coverage requirements, validate life-of-loan monitoring, research claims and regulations, act as subject-matter resource, and consult with business partners.

Lead a small compliance team to design and run monitoring and testing programs, identify and investigate account risks and fraud, develop policies/procedures, support regulatory reporting, deliver training, and improve surveillance systems and processes to ensure regulatory compliance for a business unit.

Develop and maintain a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients using consultative financial planning and wealth advisory. Collaborate with internal partners to deliver investment, trust, estate, insurance, credit, and banking solutions. Acquire and expand complex client relationships, manage risk and compliance for the book of business, perform continuous client discovery, mentor junior associates, and potentially supervise others.
