The Site Supervisor oversees the installation of high-purity water and wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards while coordinating on-site activities and reporting to the Project Manager.

Coaches site teams in Six Sigma, SPC, process chemistry, and data-driven decision-making while coordinating with engineering, quality, supply chain, RD&E, marketing, and sales teams worldwide.

Supports monthly general ledger close activities, prepares journal entries and account reconciliations, analyzes financial results, assists with balance sheet reviews, and provides audit documentation. The role also performs reporting and issue investigation, collaborates with Global Business Services and Finance teams, and maintains accounting processes and documentation.

Supports warehouse operations by receiving, verifying, labeling, storing, staging, picking, packing, palletizing, and shipping materials. Performs SAP goods receipt and inventory transactions, maintains inventory accuracy, identifies shipment discrepancies, coordinates material flow with internal teams, operates forklifts and other material-handling equipment, loads and unloads trailers, and follows warehouse, safety, and 5S procedures. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working Monday through Friday on a daytime shift.

Pick, pack, label, stage, and load customer orders for shipment. Operate material handling equipment, verify products against packing lists and SAP records, inspect packaging, report discrepancies, support inventory control and cycle counts, and maintain an organized, safe warehouse using 5S principles. Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

Coordinates recruitment activities, including requisition setup, job postings, interview scheduling, candidate tracking, resume screening, offer documentation, onboarding support, and recruitment reporting. Supports Talent Acquisition Specialists, maintains candidate pipelines, communicates with candidates and stakeholders, and identifies process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Design electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, layouts, bills of materials, and systems using AutoCAD and applicable UL and NEC standards. Coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, and engineering teams; support panel testing, factory acceptance testing, temporary test setups, O&M manuals, project updates, and continuous improvement. The role is fully onsite in Chatsworth, California and requires collaboration in office and manufacturing environments.

Provide proactive HR partnering support to managers across Ecolab’s UK and Ireland Pest division. Advise on employee relations, performance, absence, capability, compliance, talent, engagement, and people processes. Use workforce data to identify trends and recommend actions, support restructures and change initiatives, improve HR processes, and strengthen manager capability and employee experience. The role requires collaboration with HR operations and specialist teams, plus travel across the UK and Ireland.
