Lead end-to-end workplace projects and staff relocations at NYC HQ, managing scopes, budgets, schedules, vendors, and risk. Partner with stakeholders to define space needs, apply design standards, and oversee procurement, POs, and invoicing. Coordinate moves, vendor teams, and process improvements to deliver office fit-outs and refreshes on time and on budget.

Independently maintain, troubleshoot and repair electronic and electromechanical systems (pressroom, mailroom, building equipment). Support network/WAN/LAN, PLCs, telephony and middleware integration; perform upgrades, lead implementation projects, create documentation and training, coordinate vendors/carriers, and ensure safety and maintenance record accuracy.

Support creation and management of eCommerce flows and offers for flagship publications. Build landing pages, implement promotions and pricing, coordinate with marketing, product, tech and QA teams, ensure fulfillment and billing integration, perform QA and documentation, and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud, focusing on financial insights and integrating data from various sources.
