The Analyst, People Insights will partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, automate reporting processes, and ensure data accuracy for HR functions.

Own Technology Finance Operations for a $300M+ portfolio, leading planning, forecasting, budgeting, governance, executive reporting, vendor oversight, and cost optimization. Redesign the FY28 budget process and transform manual workflows through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled systems. Partner with Technology, Finance, Sourcing, HR, PMO, vendors, and executives to establish scalable operating models, dashboards, controls, KPIs, and investment governance.
