Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quotas, generate new business opportunities, maintain planning tools, engage with executives, and secure contract agreements. Must have 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, strong time management skills, and a proven track record in closing deals.

As an Engineering Manager, DevOps, you will lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, provide technical guidance for cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities include technical leadership, service ownership, team development, stakeholder communication, strategic alignment, collaboration, Agile methodologies, continuous improvement, project management, and strategic input. The role requires strong knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure (especially AWS), technical problem-solving, infrastructure as code, system performance, and project management within a DevOps context.
