Manage automotive technology projects from award through end-of-life, overseeing plans, milestones, risks, staffing, budgets, customer communication, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and escalation. Partner with engineering, quality, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, product, and service teams to deliver OEM programs, support product roadmaps, coordinate regional workforce planning, and align forecasts with financial targets.

Leads strategy, governance, lifecycle management, and delivery of scalable demo experiences. Coordinates product, engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure demos are accurate, stable, compelling, and aligned with business priorities. Establishes demo operations, readiness programs, repositories, success metrics, training, documentation, and continuous-improvement processes while managing demo roadmaps, environments, releases, and stakeholder requests.
