Designs, develops, and integrates secure enterprise Generative AI capabilities, including RAG systems, agent workflows, LLM integrations, APIs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and workflow automation. Responsibilities include process discovery, workflow configuration, backlog ownership, user story and acceptance criteria development, stakeholder facilitation, testing, release validation, KPI reporting, and post-release optimization. The role partners across business, operations, technology, risk, and product teams while applying AI-assisted tools and Appian best practices to deliver scalable, governed digital workflows.
