Serve as primary closing contact for commercial loans, ensuring documentation, due diligence, funding, and booking are accurate and timely. Validate pre-close items, issue Clear to Close, review executed documents, complete post-close review, escalate issues, and mentor colleagues while maintaining risk, compliance, and internal control standards.

Support Sales Consultants and Regional Sales Managers with call preparation, pricing, implementation, proposals, onboarding, and customer communication. Track implementations, identify leads, assist with pricing models and relationship reviews, and ensure compliance with risk and internal control standards while delivering high customer service.

Deliver investment management services to Wealth Advisory clients: develop and implement Individual Policy Statements, prepare portfolio recommendations and performance reviews, support Investment Advisors, identify sales opportunities, maintain regulatory and risk compliance, and foster client relationships within firm controls.

Independently perform credit quality monitoring and assessments of commercial loans and portfolios. Validate risk ratings, underwriting, and credit files; analyze financials and collateral; report findings and escalate material issues. Provide guidance to credit teams, support remediation, maintain controls, and assist with special projects and training.

Evaluate and manage credit risk for commercial clients by underwriting new loans and modifications, conducting continuous credit monitoring, analyzing financial statements and industry trends, preparing financial models and risk ratings, advising relationship managers, ensuring credit policy and regulatory compliance, and supporting portfolio management and credit committee presentations.

Manage existing business relationships, assess customer needs, originate new financing opportunities, and provide industry intelligence to senior management.

Manage client relationships for Global Capital Markets trust administration, ensuring high service standards and resolving client inquiries. Assist in client strategy implementation and coordinate with internal and external partners.
