Manage foreclosure process for an assigned mortgage portfolio from referral through post-foreclosure. Coordinate with external counsel, investors, and internal teams; prepare reports, bidding instructions, sale results, and required documentation; perform QC, review invoices, analyze equity for charge-off, and ensure compliance with investor and regulatory deadlines and internal controls.

Manage a portfolio of large, complex commercial loan and deposit relationships. Solicit new business, evaluate credit and financials, recommend and service loans, cross-sell products, support the Government Contracting segment, and represent the bank in the Central Virginia market.
