Designs, builds, integrates, tests, and maintains technology solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise. Develops interfaces across web services, REST, MQ, file-based systems, databases, and multiple data formats. Lead technical design and development for PNC's Site Reliability Engineering Center. Design and implement software solutions, review code, resolve complex incidents, provide technical guidance, produce documentation, and participate in off-hour incident rotation.

Serve as a Senior Scrum Master coaching and facilitating multiple Scrum teams, enforcing Agile principles, organizing ceremonies, removing impediments, tracking progress, partnering with Product Owners to prioritize and prepare backlog items, and driving continuous improvement while mitigating risk.

Provide high-volume, phone-based technical support and first-line resolution for hardware, software, networking and access issues. Log and track incidents in ServiceNow/ITSM, escalate complex problems, suggest process improvements, and maintain security and confidentiality while working from an approved remote workspace on a set evening/weekend schedule.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale, distributed microservices using Java/J2EE. Lead software design, code, testing, security scanning, integration with middleware and databases, and mentor junior engineers while documenting requirements and ensuring compliance.
