Support sales by producing and editing short-form social media content, creating branded banners and presentations, executing and pacing digital ad campaigns, tracking performance with unique URLs, compiling reports, performing sales administrative tasks, and communicating with clients and sales staff.

Sell digital advertising to agencies and direct advertisers by prospecting, pitching, and closing new business. Manage a sales pipeline, build long-term client relationships, prepare tailored digital media proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, monitor industry trends, and meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

The Producer creates daily newscast items, writes and orders stories, edits video, and ensures engaging broadcasts across all platforms.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Vice President/General Manager and department heads, manage the station internship program and community service liaison duties, assist with news/closed captioning, EEO paperwork, reception duties, calendar management, word and data processing, file maintenance, correspondence, and general clerical tasks.

Produce daily newscasts by finding, organizing and crafting timely stories and rundowns. Write and copy edit scripts, coordinate graphics, win breaking and weather coverage, collaborate with the news team, and execute audience growth strategies across platforms while working under tight deadlines.

Produce and assist in producing television newscasts and CTV content, book and greet studio guests, manage newsroom calls, write and post stories, research and pitch ideas, edit video/audio, build graphics, and engage audiences on social media while maintaining journalistic ethics and meeting tight deadlines.

Generate advertising revenue by selling television advertising through prospecting, cold-calling, and client presentations. Build and maintain client relationships, develop advertising schedules and creative with station personnel, provide rate information, and meet/exceed revenue goals.

Provide HR and business administration support including payroll, benefits, onboarding, EEO and regulatory reporting, workers' comp and insurance claims, full-cycle accounts payable, monthly financial/operational reporting, vendor and contract management, office and fleet oversight, event coordination, and serve as a discreet liaison to leadership and corporate teams.
