Leads Mastercard’s Oceania receiving network commercialization strategy for cross-border remittances. Expands payout coverage, acquires and manages banks, fintechs, wallets, and receiving service providers, negotiates commercial agreements, and improves transaction performance, pricing, service quality, and partner economics. Develops remittance corridors, supports push-to-card enablement, monitors market and regulatory trends, and collaborates with Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Finance, and Treasury teams.

Supports Mastercard digital product execution, adoption, sales enablement, client solutioning, and market expansion across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. Advise account teams and legal on deal economics and compliance, drive reporting and data integrity, build financial capabilities within the business, and support regional Deal Management projects to ensure profitable, compliant customer agreements.

Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of Mastercard’s cloud-native experimentation and analytics platform. Build scalable services, APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems using AWS, Azure, Databricks, Spark, and PySpark. Drive modernization, technical strategy, architecture reviews, reliability, security, observability, and continuous delivery. Coordinate globally distributed teams, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and deliver production-quality software across the full development lifecycle.

Defines experimentation frameworks, applies foundation-model embeddings, measures business impact, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, presents technical recommendations, and mentors data scientists and AI engineers. The role also contributes to hiring, capability development, and the long-term technical direction of the AI organization.

Builds functional, API, integration, regression, UI, and end-to-end test suites covering authorization, clearing, tokenization, and payment workflows. Integrates automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, manages test data and environments, analyzes failures, and collaborates with engineering teams to improve software quality and automation efficiency.
