Improve engineering productivity with AI-assisted workflows, CI/CD, automation, and reusable developer frameworks. Ensure solutions are secure, observable, reliable, and governable; partner with product, data science, and engineering teams to drive production deployments and influence architecture and best practices.

Lead ownership of service lifecycle including architecture, deployment, operations, and optimization. Define production readiness, monitoring, CI/CD governance, automation-first practices, incident response, capacity planning, and cross-team alignment. Mentor engineers, drive resiliency and reliability improvements, and influence roadmaps to reduce toil and improve system performance.

Define and execute product strategy for Network Expansion, driving product roadmaps, commercialization, pricing, and go-to-market. Collaborate with engineering, legal, franchise, and market teams to design, pilot, and scale network switching and access capabilities. Build business cases using data analysis, influence policy changes, and present recommendations to senior leadership to enable growth beyond card transaction switching.

Design and develop scalable data science capabilities to assess merchant risk, including feature engineering, entity resolution, prototyping ML solutions, building Databricks/Spark workflows, validating and monitoring models, and collaborating with Product and Engineering in an Agile environment.

Manage and grow Ethoca’s existing global merchant accounts by driving renewals, upsell/cross-sell, contract negotiations, platform adoption, and account planning. Collaborate with internal teams, handle commercial escalations, run quarterly business reviews, and support cross-business opportunities to increase revenue and customer stickiness. Role requires client-facing engagement and international travel.

Lead the creation and lifecycle of a net-new disputes product from zero-to-one, prioritizing data-driven enhancements, P&L and commercial outcomes, cross-functional delivery, SDLC oversight, experimentation, and continuous improvement while documenting and institutionalizing product knowledge.
