Leads regional management, commercialization, adoption, and performance for Mastercard Network Products across Latin America and the Caribbean. Owns portfolio priorities, metrics, customer adoption, cross-sell opportunities, pricing, enhancements, stakeholder alignment, implementation support, and executive reporting. Partners with global product, technology, delivery, finance, legal, franchise, and market teams to translate global strategy into regional execution and grow established product revenue.

Leads complex, cross-functional technical programs across engineering teams, regions, architectures, and external vendors. Establishes program governance, delivery processes, operating rhythms, reporting, and scalable collaboration models. Manages risks, escalations, stakeholder alignment, and executive communications while driving predictable delivery and supporting the growth of distributed engineering squads.

Lead design and build cloud-native batch and real-time data platforms. Develop scalable ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines (Spark, Kafka, Flink), ensure data quality, governance, observability, security, cost optimization, and drive platform engineering excellence and team mentorship.

Supports strategy and transformation consulting engagements for global clients across industries. Responsibilities include analyzing business problems, developing strategies and programs, preparing presentations, identifying insights, leading meetings, managing workstreams, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and delivering recommendations using data and technology.
