Owns regional sales, pipeline development, strategic partnerships, executive client engagement, market expansion, and revenue growth across financial institutions, fintechs, payment providers, merchants, and marketplaces. Partners with product and sales teams to prioritize use cases, guide roadmap decisions, and accelerate adoption of cross-border payments, remittances, payouts, treasury, and other stablecoin-enabled solutions.

Develop and maintain secure, scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, integrations, and microservices. Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, and data teams to deliver technical solutions. Participate in design, coding, testing, reviews, CI/CD, releases, production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Apply secure coding, monitoring, logging, compliance, and operational readiness practices while improving automation and reliability.

Leads AML financial crime product strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, market expansion, and go-to-market initiatives. Defines product requirements, oversees enhancements, manages vendors and partners, evaluates opportunities, and drives customer adoption. Provides AML industry thought leadership, coordinates with technology and development teams, manages staff and budgets, and aligns departmental objectives with Mastercard’s broader strategy. Requires expertise in financial crime, AML, investigations, regulations, crypto, and AI or machine learning.

Own the Small Business Credit Analytics data quality and governance strategy, roadmap, standards, KPIs, scorecards, and operational controls. Lead data stewardship, monitoring, observability, incident management, and root-cause investigations while partnering with Engineering, Data, Product, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Success teams. Translate customer impact and feedback into prioritized improvements that increase data accuracy, reliability, adoption, and trust.
