Leads Lowe’s pricing strategy team and oversees pricing lifecycle execution, promotional strategy, optimization, analytics, dashboards, and strategic projects. Partners cross-functionally with merchandising, IT, supply chain, finance, and senior leadership to manage risks, communicate progress, improve processes, and deliver competitive pricing recommendations. Collaborates with product teams and stakeholders to deliver testable, maintainable, efficient applications.

Drive sales growth for Lowe's largest regional pro customers through prospecting, relationship-building, onsite and tradeshow visits, negotiating pricing/contracts, coordinating with district and store teams, executing account strategies, and weekly reporting. Make 12–15 sales calls weekly and use CRM tools to manage opportunities as an individual contributor.

Develops and maintains complex Java full-stack enterprise applications by translating business requirements into designs and code. Builds robust, tested, observable software; guides teams on architecture and standards; mentors engineers; automates development and operations processes; and evaluates modern tools and technologies. The role requires collaboration with product teams, systems analysis, technical design, Agile SDLC implementation, and expertise across frontend, middleware, databases, or DevOps.

Serve as strategic Director of Labor Relations for a geographic division: advise HR and people leaders on labor law, union activity, and pro-associate initiatives; analyze union trends; design and deliver training; develop interventions; partner with Legal and operations; build Associate Relations capabilities and lead complex labor matters.
