Partners with site leadership and HR teams to execute talent planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, engagement, training, diversity initiatives, and employee relations. Provides HR guidance, recommends solutions based on workforce data, supports compliance and workers’ compensation administration, and may supervise an HR Coordinator. The role translates business plans into HR actions and helps drive associate development, performance, and organizational outcomes.

Partners with suppliers, merchants, and cross-functional leaders to improve online conversion, customer experience, and brand growth. Develops strategic plans, presentations, reports, project plans, and process improvements while serving as the subject matter expert for assigned brands and mentoring new team members.

Manages the Legal department’s technology portfolio, roadmap, governance, and cross-functional initiatives. Partners with business, engineering, analytics, marketing, and senior stakeholders to define OKRs, metrics, user journeys, product-market fit, and cross-functional delivery plans. Uses experimentation, data, technology trends, and competitive insights to drive adoption, innovation, and continuous product improvement.

Supervises associate relations investigations, assigns and reviews cases, approves corrective actions, and guides HR advisors. Provides investigation and policy interpretation support aligned with employment laws, coaches HR partners, ensures fair and consistent disciplinary practices, and partners with legal, HR, and business leaders. Leads team development, supports training, manages escalations, and communicates findings and recommendations across the organization.

Executes strategic sourcing projects, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, baseline analysis, vendor outreach, bid analysis, e-sourcing events, negotiations, contract execution, and vendor onboarding. Maintains project updates, develops statements of work, ensures compliance with financial policies, and builds relationships with business partners and vendors. Requires sourcing, vendor management, financial analysis, negotiation, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Leads accounting teams responsible for accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, analysis, month-end and year-end close activities, internal controls, and SOX compliance. Partners with business and finance stakeholders, auditors, and regulators to resolve complex issues and improve processes. Oversees cross-functional initiatives, develops accounting talent, manages hiring and performance, and communicates with senior leadership. Requires advanced GAAP knowledge, accounting judgment, team leadership, and experience managing complex financial activities.

Leads financial forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, scorecards, business cases, and root-cause analysis for complex business areas. Partners cross-functionally to deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations, communicate with senior leaders, manage projects, and optimize business performance. Mentors finance analysts and specialists while serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader.

Owns vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and feature definition for complex payments products. Drives cross-functional product execution, prioritization, agile ceremonies, customer experience, analytics, metrics, and product-market strategies. Partners with engineering, business leaders, and senior stakeholders to define OKRs, monitor product health, resolve trade-offs, and deliver customer value.
