Sell and distribute interest rate products to institutional clients across France and Belgium, develop trade ideas with trading and research, gather and analyze market data, provide market insights, maintain client relationships, and ensure operational and compliance stability working with internal control teams.

Support global compliance functions by monitoring regulatory trends, assessing risk, and ensuring firmspolicies and controls meet requirements. Work across Financial Crime Compliance, Core Compliance, Compliance Testing, Markets Surveillance and Global Banking & Markets to analyze issues, manage projects, interact with senior stakeholders, and help design and test controls to prevent financial crime and regulatory breaches.

Develop, enhance, support and maintain scalable software solutions across the SDLC. Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing (unit/integration/regression), UAT and deployment. Build multi-threaded service-oriented applications, design microservices, implement robust test suites, and evaluate new technologies to transform internal platforms.

Support development and execution of the firms fund transfer pricing (FTP) framework: reporting, trend analysis, policy setting and operationalization, analytics for tenor assumptions, onboarding new initiatives, interpreting relevant regulations, and preparing presentations for senior management, the Board, regulators and other stakeholders.

Perform control design and operating effectiveness testing across Controllers' high-risk areas to support accurate financial and regulatory reporting. Execute walkthroughs, determine testing approach and samples, test controls, perform data analysis, document findings, liaise with stakeholders to remediate deficiencies, and report results to senior management and auditors.

Provide compliance coverage for Engineering, Risk and Third-Party Risk Management: advise leadership, assess regulatory impact, perform risk identification, investigations, testing, policy development, training, and coordinate global regulatory responses and initiatives.

Support calculation, analysis and reporting of regulatory and internal capital metrics (e.g., SLR, G-SIB, CCAR). Improve workflows, provide capital attribution to business units, build short- and long-term capital projections, respond to ad-hoc requests, perform data analytics, and collaborate with Controllers, Treasury, Risk, Legal, and Technology stakeholders.

Perform ongoing review of market risk measures (VaR, greeks, stress tests), evaluate risk-taking behavior, collaborate on new/improved risk measures, identify emerging risks, propose limits and implement into risk systems, connect macro events to vulnerabilities, communicate findings to stakeholders and regulators, and update senior management.

Handle inbound customer calls and escalations for complex inquiries, manage casework, investigate root causes, partner with cross-functional teams, recommend process improvements, meet service levels and call-quality metrics, and support continuous improvement projects in a high-volume contact center.

Design, implement, and document economic and financial scenarios; analyze large datasets to build predictive models; develop and challenge pricing and risk models across market, credit, and liquidity risk; identify vulnerabilities; collaborate with stakeholders and maintain technical documentation of model testing and performance.
