Drive new business and revenue across an assigned mid-market territory in the Netherlands. Build and execute territory and account plans, generate and manage pipeline, lead consultative sales cycles, engage executive stakeholders, negotiate contracts, forecast via CRM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed sales targets.

Build pipeline, engage decision-makers, coordinate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, maintain Salesforce data, and deliver against meeting and pipeline targets.

Partner with strategic enterprise customers to drive adoption and optimization of Genesys Cloud CX. Provide technical guidance, deliver assessments and roadmaps, manage customer plans, identify risks and opportunities, and act as trusted advisor to achieve measurable business outcomes while feeding product insights back to Genesys.

Process and validate customer and partner orders, invoices and credit memos using Salesforce, Zuora and Workday. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries, maintain documentation, ensure SOX compliance, meet month/quarter/year-end deadlines, and propose process improvements to support accurate billing and revenue recognition.

Drive services sales and customer success across Poland and ECSEI by identifying strategic opportunities, shaping complex service engagements, leading end-to-end bids, building C-level relationships, ensuring delivery and satisfaction, and managing pipeline, forecasting and cross-functional alignment for AI-powered CX transformations.

Manage digital-first customer success for Genesys Cloud by orchestrating end-to-end adoption, retention, and expansion. Use digital tools and AI insights to scale personalized engagement, drive programmatic value realization, coordinate cross-functional resolution, and identify growth opportunities with partners and internal teams.

Lead architecture, build, and operate the enterprise AI platform: design scalable, secure integrations, self-service tooling, IaC, IAM and governance, monitoring, incident response, and telemetry to drive adoption and roadmap decisions.

Drive professional services bookings and revenue across named accounts by building executive relationships, identifying opportunities, creating account strategies, and closing services deals. Lead full sales cycle activities including scoping, effort estimation, proposal and SOW preparation, negotiation, and alignment with internal teams to meet quarterly financial targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
