Design, build, operate and scale backend services for the Journey Data platform using Java/Spring Boot and AWS. Own end-to-end service lifecycle, implement event-driven and REST APIs, optimize performance, ensure resiliency in distributed microservices, apply multi-layered testing, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to production observability and incident response.

Support APAC month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, SOX/internal controls and audit support. Coordinate APAC statutory compliance (licenses, permits, filings), drive process improvements and automation, collaborate with finance and audit stakeholders, maintain SOPs, and support system implementations.

Own the reliability and resilience of enterprise IAM services, resolving incidents, monitoring authentication and provisioning signals, correlating events, improving detection rules, validating automated remediation, and optimizing identity lifecycle workflows. The role supports Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID environments, contributes to post-incident improvements, partners across technical teams, and participates in rotational on-call support.

Lead strategic AI and experience orchestration engagements with account teams to accelerate adoption of Genesys AI capabilities. Shape AI use cases, lead workshops, influence deal strategy, support proposals/pricing, and drive sales enablement and field execution across the AI portfolio to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Design, build, and operate scalable, secure cloud-native messaging and social integrations. Implement message routing, delivery, tracking, analytics, observability, automated tests, and CI/CD. Collaborate with product, security, and operations, participate in on-call rotations, drive reliability and performance improvements, and influence architectural direction while using AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly.

Supports general accounting activities including journal entry preparation and posting, transaction analysis, account reconciliation, and month-, quarter-, and year-end close. Ensures accurate, compliant, and properly documented accounting records. Collaborates with Finance teams, supports audits, responds to accounting inquiries, and contributes to process improvement, automation, AI-assisted workflows, system enhancements, testing, and implementation initiatives.

The Account Executive drives new business acquisition and manages existing customer relationships by aligning their needs with Genesys solutions, ensuring satisfaction and retention through effective engagement and strategic growth initiatives.

Produces end-to-end product walkthrough screencasts, UI demonstration videos, workflow tutorials, motion graphics, diagrams, icons, callouts, thumbnails, and branded templates. Partners with curriculum designers and product stakeholders to create accurate, accessible learning content aligned with instructional objectives. Maintains visual consistency, audio and color quality, captions, asset libraries, source files, and version control while applying genAI tools to improve production efficiency.
