Manage trust accounts by processing contributions, distributions, transfers, and reconciliations. The Producer develops commercial insurance business by prospecting leads, meeting with clients, assessing insurance needs, gathering underwriting information, preparing proposals, and closing sales. The role also services assigned accounts, reviews policies and risk plans, identifies appropriate insurance markets, and explains coverage, limits, deductibles, and renewals. Strong communication, organization, insurance knowledge, sales ability, and Microsoft application proficiency are required. A Texas General Lines insurance license is required or must be obtained within 90 days.

Manages and coordinates regional commercial teller operations, ensuring efficient workflows, cash accountability, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Leads supervisors and special projects, recommends process improvements, resolves complex customer issues, and supports the sale of additional banking services. Requires strong leadership, organization, communication, customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft computer applications.

Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes, data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Salesforce, Tableau, Cognos, and enterprise data. Ensure data governance, quality, reporting standards, infrastructure performance, and stakeholder alignment. Recommend Salesforce enhancements and automation opportunities, resolve complex data issues, and provide guidance to other data engineers.
